- Graduated from B.Terlimezian Institute of Arts in Yerevan , 1980 .
- Graduated from KH. Apovian Institute of Education , Drawing and Photographic Dept. ,
in Yerevan ,1985 .
- He worked as a teacher of Art from 1985 till 1988 .
- He worked in the theatre of (Myth) in Kumry from 1988 till 1990 as a major designer .
-He has been setting up individual fairs and participated in group fairs since 1985, in Yerevan ,
Aleppo , Beirut and Marcilia .
-He is the member of Formative Artists of Armenia , since 1988.
The trees , the houses ,the seas , the chairs and the animals imaged by the artist Tokmajian are not natural elements surrounded with solemn silence and silent existence , but it's an expressesion of the artist's strong spirit as a solid rock and as an agitated sea, and firm as the root of a tree in the ground , In addition to his faith in life and his silent struggle to earn a generous method of living .
So the works of the artist become an echo of life mixed with sorrow ,and anguish.
The touches of the artist Tokmajian give the receiver a familiar form of the cloth .
